Bad user friendly shopping centre

Think this is becoming one of the most un user friendly shopping centres in Centurion with the lifts that have not been working for more than a month, and in and out of service for the last 6 months. And the way to solve the problem is make it a storing place. When finished shopping at PNP and my wife has had 3 Back operation.
