Worst service ever - Sobet Mall of the South

On Sunday 4th of October I had a Gel overlay on my hands and toes at Sobet Dry Bar Mall off the south, firstly I was booked at the Main Sobet store and when I got there the lady at reception told me that I was booked at the Dry Bar and she forgot to let me know. Originally I only booked for a gel overlay on my hands and then asked my nail tech if there was any available appoints to get my feet done as well. At the time I was the only person in the store, after a few minutes of arguing with the other nail techs at the front desk she came back say yes they can help me. Firstly the nail tech who was told to help me was really unfriendly and looked so unhappy that she had to leave her phone to come and do my nails. I am really disappointed with the service that received. My looked terrible the next day the glaze was pained over my skin and within a few days everything started peeling and lifting. People pay an arm and a leg to get their nails done at your store because of the brand and not because of the service we receive. I am really disgusted with my nails and I could have paid half the price and got better quality and service.
