Worst customer service ecert

I recently purchased a cellphone at Mr Price from the store. To be exact 20th September 2024. The cashier's were so rude they didnt want to help me. They spoke in their language (which I understood) saying to the other how they don't like assisting customers with cellphones. They didn't even greet me or interact with me. I bought the phone and nothing was explained as to how to use it or what to do upon activating the device. I got home and gifted it to my daughter as it was a birthday present. The phone wanted some sort of an activation pin. We inserted multiple sim cards but it did not work. I then called a network provider and they advised me that the store needs to sort it out for me. I went back to the store and didn't get any assistance I was told to come back again. I then called to find out if they have managed to figure out olhow to help me still nothing was done. I asked for a refund I was told that I can't because there is nothing wrong with the device. It is now the 27th and still sitting with a phone that is not working. I saved up money to gift my daughter this phone which cost me 1800 rand. I don't know what else to do because I'm not getting any assist. I will never buy or advise anyone to buy mobile devices from Mr price 😞
