Telkom demands a pensioner in bed must come out in the pandemic

There has been some issue with the wifi and phone service however we were required to make a payment and cancel. So when we got to mall of the south telkom they refused to assist saying they need the persons thumb print who owns the line. So phone line on dad's name his a very old person and is a pensioner is in bed and we used to pay for the wifi connection. Now they expect a person to get out of bed not considering the pandemic we currently in this old person can not make it.

Telkom is pathetic they took the payment and still insist my dad that's in bed must walk and come to the store. Im disgusted.

They took the payment but refused to u suspend the line.
