no sympathy at Mall of the south

i once had a problem some day in October 2022. it was load shedding which started on my way out of the mall unaware. spikes were on while getting out through a boom gate. Security came to my rescue but only to find out that all 4 of my tires were flat. I wrote my statement took and sent an email to the manager together with my proof of payment receipt for my new tires, but i am still waiting for their response of how can i be helped or disbursed by them. I am still patiently waiting. The painful thing is, i am their everyday customer...
