Identity mall of the south's awesome staff

Wow, wow and wow!!! In our world of today it does not happen often that you walk into a store where you are happy beyond belief!! This however was the case today when my husband and I visited Identity in Mall of the South. Not going into details, but Phozi and Tshedza managed to assist us in fixing and issue in 5 minutes, that other stores said could not be done!!

These two employees and the store are exemplory and should really be nominated for a client service award of some sorts!!

Well done Phozi and Tshedza.....Identity should be proud that they have employees like the two of you.!!!
