Chicken Licken Mall of the South horrible service

I am highly disappointed and annoyed to be spending money and not getting the service. I have been buying at Chicken Licken Mall of the South and been getting the worst service ever, my order is always done wrongly, what is annoying it's an every week thing. Today I got the wrong order and the guy by the name of Ronald had the guts to even come to my work and say taste if the meat is not hot when I already ate the piece that is not hot and told him even my colleague tasted the food. The other colleague tasted and tells th it's salty, the guy Ronald had the guys to tell me he's here to see the food and I should taste if the meat is not hot.. The staff from this specific store is horrible with service, I am tired of dealing with the same horrible drama every week.
