Keyed (scratched) car under security supervision!

After leaving the car at a PAID car guard, who said he is employed by the mall, at Mall of the North for less than an hour we returned to car to find it has a very deep scratch (key) mark. <br> <br> The security guard admitted that he was not looking at the car the whole time. There is NO visible sign saying that parking at the mall is at own risk. Less than a month ago a man was shot dead at the mall in the parking area, I understand why. Security is so BAD, they can not even watch over a car that is stationary!!! <br> <br> I would not advise anybody to go to Mall of the North, rather Savannah mall! <br> I would like to know what is going to be done about the damage to my car!!!
