WOW experience at Clicks Mall of Tembisa

What a WOW experience I had at Clicks Mall of Tembisa. I went in on Sat, 13th Feb to buy a baby teether; paid for it and for some weird reason did not see the teether drop on the floor as I walked out the store. I only realised when I got home that I did not have it with me. On Mon, 15th Feb I went back to the store and spoke to Thulani (i believe he is the store manager) I explained my situation and also explained that I'm not sure if the teether fell in the store or on my way to the car but just to put my mind at ease could he please check on the system if they have any extras. With no hesitation, Thulani aske me for my slip and went to check; unfortunately stock amount on system balanced out with the stock on the floor meaning that the teether I bought was not in the store. I then decided to buy another. As I was being assisted at tills, Thulani was silently going around the till I was at on Saturday searching and searching and he found the teether!!!! I mean he honestly did not have to do what he did, his job ended at checking on the system but for him to actually go the extra mile and length of searching the entire till area; that was an ABSOLUTE WOW EXPERIENCE for me. Thank you from the depth of my heart Thulani; Clicks Mall of Tembisa is in good capable hands.
