Unhappy customers/

I went to this mall on the 04/11/2022 at around 9 to buy food for my kid as I had load shedding at my area. When I got there all restaurants where closed except KFc, I got on a drive through only to find out their speed points are not so user friendly I could not scan to pay with my NEDBANK card using my phone, I then had to go and withdraw the money via cardless transaction.

As I got to the atm next to imbizo it was acting up, innocently I decide to go down the escalators to go withdraw at the atms downstairs, there were 2 security guards who where being funny and I did not want to entertain them as they where busy asking me for pictures, they then told me the atm downstairs is closed I should not go there but I did not listers to them as their first impression was not professional.

As I approached the atms one security guy came to me and told me I can’t go there can’t I see I’m the only one there and it’s not safe , I was shocked nd rep**** to him how is it not safe when you are on duty? His name it’s Themba .

He told me to get out of the mall I’m not supposed to use those atms but I was not gonna get out of that mall without withdrawing money 🤷♀️😳cos that’s what I came there to do, then he was busy communicating with a very rude person assuming tags his superior, he kept on telling him “that person must get out of the mall now!”

This whole situation made me feel very mistreated as a regular customer.
