Shoprite

This morning I went to shoprite mall of Tembisa to buy some and I went to the cashier to pay. I stand there waiting for the cashier to pay whatever I was buying. Kagiso and her two were chatting I waited there they kept on chatting. I until one of the cashier called me. I had a bad experience and shoprite cashier are so rude. All I'm asking is can at least get training to handle customers
