Rude Facebook Admin of Tembisa Mall

I raised my concern on facebook and to be suprised I was insulted by the Mall's Facebook Admin, not sure if it is their marketing manager or not. The person called me a hater and said im talking Bull****. A fb admin of a new mall saying things like these, very disappointing and unprofessional
