Worst experience with mailbox Africa parking

I had the worst experience ever with the mall of Africa parking. I went in with and I didn't have problems going in but when I had to leave my card didn't allow me to and I called them but they didn't answer. The car that used the gate next to me came after 5min while I was there and he called in once and he was assisted. I called several times but no answer I then finally dec6to go to the gate next to me and call from that side but still no answer. Cars when coming and going while I was waiting to be assisted. After 15min to 20min that's when they decided to answer the phone and the opened the gate. When they answered I tried telling them that I was not happy but they opened the gate and hanged up on me.
