Vodacom Mall of Africa Empty promises

<p>I went to Vodacom on Sa****ay to purchase 2 Huewei P8 lite that were on special ending on the 7th of June and found that they were the two last phones on stock. I Forgot my proof of address so the consultant told me to come with it on Sunday and he will reserve the phone for me. On Sunday i went back with all the necessary documents and when the consultant went to take out the phones, he found out that his collueges sold the Phones. Then they said they will call me and let me know when the phones are delivered. i told him that i am at work during the week my little sister will come. They called on the 7th and she went to the store when she got there they told her the phones are available but the promotion is colsed. She then asked to see the Store manager and asked if he was aware that we have breen coming to the store and according to their pumphlates the special ends today which was the 7th. The manager said they will call head office to reopen the sale she must walk around the mall than come back it was round about past 9 am in the morning. She kept going back at about 13:30 pm they were still waiting for the headoffice to open the deal again. The store manager said she must wait till end off day it will be sorted. she told her that their end of day is at 8pm she can not wait that long. The store manager promised her that they will sort it out and deliver the phones latest Wedneday Morning. I am still waiting for the phones. I am dissappointed with Vodacom because they did not fulfill their promise. This poor customer service and their inconsiderate hthey treated me and my sister.</p>
