Vehicle damage at Mall of Africa

<p>visited Mall of Africa on the 30th of April. At the entrance I bumped the curb and my tyre was cut by a piece of metal sticking out of the concrete slab.</p> <p>Centre management committed to paying for the damage. Security took pictures of the site & the damage to my vehicle. I submitted my receipt by email as requested by centre management. There has been no follow up from Mall of Africa centre management subsequently. I am told that the insurance is seeing to the incident every time I call. Just over 3 months later, still no response. </p> <p>This is unacceptable, considering their commitment to pay for damages.</p>
