Unfair recruitment

On Monday 18th April 2016 I went to mall of Africa to market for a job and to my surprise I was very disappointed on the criteria they use to select people. At first a lady came who was looking for cleaners and said that she wanted only people wearing safety boots, how was I to know I was supposed to come wearing them. My friend then went as she managed to get the boots, but because she had a fur on her wrist she was told that they don't take Zulu people. She was not even Zulu to start with. I only had my cv on my hand which I thought will be the one to give the recruiter an idea about myself. after long hours of standing in the sun, another man came who was looking for people to work in shops just by looking at us he selected only people wearing a doeks and if you have a ZCC batch. Wow, is this really the way people are being recruited. I am really disappointed as I believe that people should be treated equally. Why do you even advertise jobs when you know that you wont even have a look at our cvs. Bigger agencies should be used instead of a micky mouse show that was happening on Monday. what happened to being fair and giving the job to whoever deserves it
