tyre slit at the entrance

My car tyre was slit at mall of Africa yesterday was I was trying to remove the parking ticket not by the spikes. Went to management to report the issue (Kitso and Craig). Not even understanding what I wanted Craigh told the mall cannot be hold responsible.

Did I expect mall of Africa to pay for my tyre? Nooooo but acknowledge the incident and make sure someone doesn’t have the same issue as me.
