Tyre damage at Mall of Africa

<p>on 31 July at 2.10pm I drove into parkadeA entrance and my tyres hit the curb. I heard a popping noise and when I parked saw two right tyres were slashed. One of which all the air was gushing out (about12cm slash) and the other about 5cm slash in the sidewall of the tyre as well as my mags which look like a knife cut through them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I needed to replace 2 tyres and mags and roadside assistance had to come help me which alone cost R550. Tyres cost me R4000 as both were unusable.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was another couple, who were changing both their tyres when I stopped my car as the same thing happened to him. The security guard said it happened to 4/5 people that day alone!</p> <p> </p> <p>If this has happened before and management has still not fixed it this is negligence on your part and you will need to please refund me for the costs incurred now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called secirty offices with no response and emailed management a few times with no response.</p>
