Traumatized Customer and highly Disappointed
<p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><font face="Calibri">I really regret going to The Mall Of Africa yesterday, I don’t know what was the rush in opening the mall if it’s not finished. My family and I got stuck in the elevator for about 45min, we had to keep pressing the buzzer to check what was wrong, how far their so called technician was. When that technician came the lift just went one floor up and opened with no apology nothing. That stupid ass woman who was “assisting “should be fired cause clearly she wasn’t concentrating in training that’s IF she even went on training, and feel the mall was opened too soon.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></font></font></font></p> <p> </p>
