The Mall of Africa

<p>On Thursday the 14th of July, I visited the Mall of Africa for the first and last time. The design and architecture of the covered parking is confusing with no clear demarcation. It is full of bends curves and concrete ramps giving no consideration to the customer whatsoever . The barriers are placed inconspicuously at 90 degree angles so that customers cannot notice them and consequently slash their tyres against them. This happened to me at the exit of the parking. 2 customers on their way out told me that it happened to them as well. I have now had to replace 2 tyres at a cost of R 9600.</p> <p>In my opinion, the Mall and its management should pick up the bill for this damage and take the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen to other unsuspecting customers. </p>
