Terrible Security Service!!

<p>I had my new phone and bank card ****** last night! I approached the security for help and they told me to go to the control room. When I got to the control room the Lady working there didnt take down my statement, I asked them to view their cameras as i will be able to identify the person who stole from me (I saw his face). They told me they cant view their cameras due to technical issues. I left the security room without them taking down my name and details of the incident for "Investigation" purposes. Before I left I asked to use their phones so that i can call the bank and block my bank card, no-one offered until i offered to buy them airtime! Minutes later my bank told me that R1,000 was withdrawn from my account at the mall. It clearly showed that the suspects where still at the mall and the security guys where not proactive in catching them. "They have already left and the shops are now closed for us to catch them" That is what they said to me. Prior to the incident, I was approached by a lady and a guy at Game who were trying to con me by buying any item i wanted at Game at half the price. I was surprised that this ***** looking guy who is quiet a smooth talker where approaching customers in the shop and making movements in and out of the shop and security or the staff where not noticing anything! There is too much Crime and Many Con Artists at Mall of Africa and the security does not simply care!! They just walk around the whole day without paying attention to anything, let alone resolving incidents!</p>
