Service and poor security

Ever since my car was broken in to in 2018 I never stepped my foot in this mall, my valuables where ****** in my car which was locked and there where security, statement was taken and I was promised someone from mall of Africa will contact me yet I never even received a text from them, security is poor and yet I pay for a secure parking, this will mean the next time I go there my car will be ******
