****** tendencies of Mall stuff and Dion of SA Gin Society All White Bubbly Fair

We went to the Centre management office and found it closed to lay a complain about a Dion (WHO REFUSED TO GIVE HIS SURNAME) of an All White Bubbly Fair (SA Gin Society) event that took place on 10 December 2022 because l would not understand since l was black. I then asked him to to write it down and refused. He had ****** tendencies and attitude when he addressed us. We explained to him that the directions on his Facebook page to the event got us lost (the final destination was on the N1 north freeway next to Woodmead) and on the online tickets it said it was at Waterfall City park ( still incorrect location) got lost from 2 o'clock and found the venue at 18:30. When we asked him for a refund and explained to him that we needed to get back to our kids. He told us to get a nanny and mumbled the K-word and walked away and he seemed very intoxicated. We then called Nicola van Khan of the centre to try and explain our ordeal. She told us it was her Saturday evening and we should not bother her and was very inconsiderate. She then hanged up on my ear.
