Poor security service

<p>On the 9th of august i was at the mall of Africa around 5:30 my phone got ****** by the fountain section on top... A security came pass the moment i notice my phone is gone... I told him my phone is ****** i want to see the camera now it happened a few seconds after he came then he told me "this is not my department "he's working on the other side so i asked where is the security that should be working here he looked around and said " i don't know he must be here somewhere" i asked him Where the centre management is he didn't know that either he said on top somewhere and he just looked at me and said sorry as he lights he's cigarette and walked away...</p> <p> </p> <p>I am upset with this i could've caught the guy if we saw the camera atleast but they refused to help me this so called top security of this mall are useless i want to make complaints against the company that hires their poorly mannered non caring so called security that gets paid for what? Smoking and not doing their job with their i don't care attitude</p>
