Poor security

<p>On 2016-07-02 we were at the mall of africa together with my 3year old son ,while shopping my son disappeard(got lost). My wife went into a panic state. Being from natal we were not fami**** to the mall I ran up to the security room to see if they could see video footage of were my child had got lost or if some1 had taken and the security officers gave no attention to my situation and was telling me to see this person who told me to see another person who pointed me to another person. They security at the mall is disgusting and I will never visit that mall again. No help what so ever.</p>
