Poor Parking Services

Mall of Africa is often praised as the largest and best mall, but its parking system leaves much to be desired. Machines frequently malfunction, and payment issues often arise, creating frustrating delays at exit.

Management should consider offering the first hour of parking for free. We expect a world-class experience, and that includes efficient parking. Our time is valuable, and we shouldn’t have to spend it waiting in lines.
