Pathetic safey at the parking bays specifically Level 5

Went to attend Xmas on Friday the 8th of December with my colleagues at Kream MOA. Got in the Mall around 12 and went on to park my car on the LEVEL 5 parking just next to the kream entrance for my convenience. I parked next to a white C-class. Later on around 19:50 pm after PAYING R50 for parking I went to my car only to find out that my car has been vandalized by some unsympathetic idiot. The Merc sign on the grill was tampered with and was hanging loose on the floor with clips broken and damaged grill. I was alerted by an Indian couple who saw it on the floor. Firstly there were no guards when I got there and secondly one never thinks that such crime can happen in an undercover parking at the Mall with CCTV footage. I was so upset that I drove off. I went to Mercedes Benz to fix it and it cost R982 which was unplanned. I called MOA on the 12th of December around 10 am and I was put through to a Marketing manager or consultant called Tumi who took all my details in an effort to investigate but nothing sufficed so far. Not even a courtesy call to say we still busy with your matter or anything after 24 hours of laying such a critical complaint? Very unnaceptable. All I want is a CCTV footage and a refund of my money for that matter because what do we pay parking for if such crimes are going to happen? I'm so disgusted and not going back there anymore so guys please be careful and reconsider when going to MOA. Such a beautiful mall with no safety? PATHETIC?????
