PARKING TICKETNIGHTMARE!

Oh what disgusting service i have recieved from Mall of Africa Advanced Parking. their infrastructure is tired! and never working. every time i have been to the mall (which is atleast twice a week) has been such an exasperating experience. ive had to shout each time to get out of the mall. card not readable, try this machine, go down stairs. 20 minutes waiting to get out of the mall. theres also no sense of urgency whatsoever!! queues are long peolple struggling no one bothers to come out and assist unless you act like a maniac and lose your Marbles. if you leave work for an hour lunch to Mall of Africa best believe you will spend a good 20 trying to pay for parking. should we shop elsewhere? what needs to happen before we can actually start getting the service we deserve. OPEN your BOOMS if you cant fix them. or get a service provider then can actually have thier machines working. the attidude of the staff too is just appualing!
