No safety at mall of Africa

I was in mall of Africa today I can’t believe what just happened to me car . Someone just broke my car window infront of security .then he drive away just like That when I asked security to ask the team to close the gate so that the guy didn’t run away security guy doesn’t have panic button or radio to alert others 2 I went to report incident to security control room useless guy from control room asked to write statement as we were talking we saw again the guy who broke my car window passing when I point the came they asked him to write a statement about what happened then I asked him please go rewind the camera and see wat happened guess wat there is no cameras there
