my car was broken into at their parking lot, yet I am refused CCTV footage

I visited Mall of Africa on the 03/05/2016. I then realised that my car door was broken into and my belongings ****** I then visited centre management to request CCTV footage. that was when my nightmare stated, I was 1 told by the Security manager (David Ngubeni) that there where not camera footage at the parking lot. when I asked how so, I was then reffered to Jnr Ops Manager (Byron Geldenhys), who contradicted the security manager and said there was footage. when I requested that they both put their statement in paper they started running around and were no where to be found. I then spoke to Nowela Willies who promised to get back to me. the whole experience with then took 5 hours of my day all I need is CCTV footage of the ****bags that broke into my car, surely that's not too much to ask!
