Mall of Africa - Service. Mall of africa Management

<p>I had terrible service from the mall of africa management. We are currently exhibiting in the centre and had ordered parking tickets because as an exhibitor you dont get this for free you still have to pay. Once this was done we went to get our tickets and the lady threw the tickets at us. Are you kidding me. How can you hire someone that is so rude to your customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had people/public that were sitting on our furniture eating and our agent called the mall to discuss this and Laureen - the so called exhibition manager, told our agent "well there is nothing she can do about it".</p> <p> </p> <p>I find the staff very rude and disgusting. the service is shocking and I WILL NEVER go back to that mall again</p> <p> </p> <p>You are terrible. the mall is not what they make it out to be. there is NO feet and the shops are all empty. I spoke to tenants there and they hate the mall and most are closing down</p> <p> </p> <p>HORRIBLE SERVICE</p>
