Mall of Africa pay stations do not work efficiently

Mall of Africa for the 4 visits your pay stations were not working. My last visit this past Monday was the worst. I was trapped in the mall, the pay stations were not working. There security said someone was on their way to assist but this never happened. I eventually found one at the other end of the mall that worked. Other patrons were also very frustrated and annoyed at it was past 4 pm and we wanted to get home. Some advice instead of trapping patrons in the mall do the honorable thing and open the gates. Don't be so greedy for money at others expense by wasting their time running from pillar to post to try and get the gate pass paid.
