Mall of Africa Management Terrible Service to their shoppers

I need to lay a complain about the service at Mall of Africa Management. Their service is really disheartening and terrible..... they need to be reported and people need to be made aware of this. So I recently went to Mall of Africa and as I was entering the parking there was an exposed metal on the ticket machine slab that burst my Tyre . I went to the Management to lay a complaint about this and they promised to fix my Tyre for me but they needed to look at the footage to confirm my details etc. They've now come back and are saying I was the one in the wrong etc the question is how was I wrong when there was a hazard on the floor it doesn't matter what I had done because they needed to at the very least put a warning for us to not use the parking entrance but there was nothing. Hazards all over and no one wants to take responsibility for being this negligent.
