****** items in car and no assistance from the mall

I’ve been too mall of Africa a million times and no major complaints except that parking pay things that never work and the backed up traffic as a result. This last time my car was jammed and items were ****** out of my car, I called the centre and they said I should come in to view the footage, I did so and upon arrival I was told that they can only release footage to police officers which is really surprising as I’m the one that went through this ordeal. I just need confirmation from the centre that the incident did take place in their premises so I can resolve this matter with my workplace as some of the items ****** are work equipment. I need help please!! And also why do we pay for parking if our cars are not really safe? We might as well park for free!!
