Highly overrated

At 08:15 on a weekday, NOTHING is open yet, so a quick cuppa or brekkie before work is out of the question here. Should you find a toilet that is not closed, the disappointment takes an exponential curve. Half the booths are out of service, and where you do find an open one, it is filthy and broken, as in, literally broken. You're treated to cheap single-layer toilet paper. For the 5 hand washing basins, there is only ONE hand dryer and no paper towels. The mother-and-baby room is so filthy, you'd better go somewhere else. At 10:00 most eateries have opened and the prices at some are not too shabby. Surprisingly there is no Mug&Bean at this mall.
