Hazardous hole in Mall Of Africa park

I usually visit the park to have lunch around lunch time. Bt on Wednesday 29th May 2019 around 3:40 as i was leaving to return to work i fell in a hole with wires with my right leg without knowing its a hole as this is on the grass next to a bench. I was assisted by a colleague to get out of the hole. I then went back to my work to report the incident as my leg was starting to feel abit painful as i also had monor scratches at dirt on my shoes and pants. I visited the centre management office to report and complain the friendly receptionist gave me a complaint form and i filled it out and explained to her that im in pain so i need assistance. She called Tumi who asked if i had taken a photo of it. I hadnt as i was suprised as there wasnt a warning of any risk in the park. She then explained that the operations manager would give a call. I revieved a call on Friday while at work to gp show him where the hazard hold is. I did that during my companys time. Only to find it a waste of time as i wasnt assisted. I was told to go to the clinic and ask for help as they cant do anything. The park doesnt belong to the mall and they cant be held responsible as they dont know who opened the cap closing it. Now i have to take a day off to go to the clinic to check if nothing was broken meanwhile i get pain now and then and they cant help me. If a child had fallen there i question the actions they would take.
