Hi I normally keep quite when I have to compliment but this compliment goes to Gugu Nkosi at mall of Africa she deserves better,the lady went all out to assist me frustrated and swearing and she managed to calm me down and come with solutions instead of stupid suggestions I’d wanna thank her so much cause I mean like I was struggling from last week and was ****** she did her level best and she secured one leaving customer to stay even when I want to complain about the ONLINE BANKING people I’ll just leave it on her best service THANK YOU……………I’m definitely going to mall of Africa branch again
