Complaint about the Mall of Africa Center management stuff

1.The security personnel are very disrespectful to the consumers. They have a nasty attitude and behave like they are FBI.

2.The parking ticket gives 15 free minutes so i drive in to drop off my wife and out in 5 minutes, the machine doesn't read my ticket. I call on the intercom and the rude lady from center management gives me a nasty attitude about paying the ticket. I try to explain that im there every day to drop off and wife and pick her up after work and i have never experienced a problem with the machine. She got so loud and shouted that there's no free parking and if i want to drop off my wife i should go to the drop off zone... Eventually i put the ticket in and it opened the boom and i left her shouting alone. 3. The issue with their drop off zone is that i once went there to pick my wife up, i was not even 2 minutes waiting while she had just knocked off and walking towards that drop off/pick up zone as it is a bit far from her work station. The security came and wanted to chase me away saying i can't park there. I tried to explain that i wasnt parking but picking up my wife who was coming down the escalators and i could see her but the security guy insisted that i leave to a point i almost lost it. Luckily she arrived and we left.

The service of the center management personnel on intercoms sucks. They are rude and moody. Same as their security personnel.

4. Mall of Africa parking is expensive, they don't even have parking package for employees.
