Complain about istore Mall of Africa

On the 23th February 2023 I and my daughter went to istore Mall of Africa to request the contract for two iPhone cellphones. Then an African male requested my ID and thereafter he told me that I have a contract with vodacom which will expire soon and asked me if I want to top up the contract which I agreed. He then told me that the contract will come with R50 airtime and 600 MG data. He further asked me if I agree with it and I said yes. He further mentioned that after the airtime and data finish, my son have to buy as I indicated to him that I am taking cellphones for my children. I agree that I need that one of limiting ( top up). He then do paper work and then after he made my sign the contract which we agreed upon in the presence of my 20 yrs old daughter and his Indian colleague. He further told me that first month an amount of R1750 will be debited as it includes an once off amount of R250 as my contract is R1500 for two cellphones. The 1st month the amount debited was correct but surprisingly end of March an amount of R3600 was debited and middle April I went to the store to enquire and I was taken from pillar to post and was referred to vodacom shop. At vodacom I was told to go back to istore as they are the ones made a contract for me. I asked for the manager and two Indian guys came to me and took me to the back of the store where is was crying and needed help as that was not what I agree for as I trusted the consultant. I was told the person who helped me with the contract resigned and the manager took my contact details and told me he call me and see what he can do of which he never bothered. On 20th June I went back as the amount of R4800 was debited end of may and amount of R4100 will be debited end of June asking for them to help. I am a single parent who is paying a private college and private accommodation for my daughter for better education. So due to this inconvenience of istore, my bond and other accounts are in areas and my credit score is also affected. Please help me as I am stressed and don't have food to eat since end of March which I explained to the manager.
