Checkers Hyper Mall of Africa Bad Service

The worst service ever I bought groceries and maas on the 3rd of October 2021 when I got home discovered the Maas has expired, why do you pack expired Food on your refrigerators I don't know, I called the customer service was informed I'll be contacted in 2 days, its been 3 days no assistance that's the worst service ever very disappointed, then they send their consutant to call me after I sent them a whatsaap asking why they didn't resolve my matter, the consultant is told I said I will go to them on Saturday I need a recording of the call where they are claiming I said I am going to them on Saturday.
