Bad service from Leverages at Mall of Africa

We went to Leverage today at around 9:30am left pants and they R213 to fix the pants. Around 16:10 we went back to fetch the pants as we had decided we no longer wanna do any alterations on them. They refused to refund us back the money and we had the till slip. The pants were not altered as yet. It is very disappointing that their policy says that if you have a till slip you will be refunded but they are refusing to give us a refund.
