Bad service

Hi I am deeply disappointed with a service that I received from Mtn store in mall of africa, the branch next to pick n pay clothing. So this is what happened, I walked in to pay my bill ,I find 2 customer in front of me ŵhich I believe they were waiting n I asked them if they r waiting for help n only one was waiting for help .I set down since there was no ticket system or directions from customers service .do after 15 to 20 minutes the customer who was in front of me left ,on her way out she indicated that I should go n get helped which was strange to get information from customer who was just like me while the staff members were just talking to each other without helping any customer. As I walk towards the desk one of them said oh we thought u dnt need help or service cz we thought u just accompany someone n I have be seat alone with my child .I find it strange n very bad to be asked that way which I believe one need to attend us as customer nt to be told that they thought I didn't need service...the lady who helped me was wearing pink dress n service was nt gud ...bad customer service I might say
