Bad attitude from security

I received the worst service ever from Mall of Africa service today. The ticket machine didn’t give me change and when I called to report the issue, the lady on the call gave me a very bad attitude. As soon as I reported that I didn’t get change, she yelled “I said I’m coming!”

She seriously needs to work on her attitude! It’s appalling because I wasn’t the only one complaining. There was another guy who was also waiting for change and has a similar experience. This was at mall parking B4
