Dissatisfied Customer

Today I received disgusting behaviour from the staff at Clairz in mall @ carnival. The lady refused to exchange a dress I received for mother's day by my daughter, which did not fit me. Instead of just telling me that they won't be able to exchange for whatever reason...she shoved the dress in my face saying that she wasn't going to exchange it. That behaviour was Absolutely uncalled for. I am horrified by the behaviour of the staff at Clairz .
