Rude +greedy+ no morals

My mum wanted to take on another bond, however she decided to cancel application due to affordability. On the day of signing papers we told Mallie Pillay to hold on with our application. We also emailed her, and she said yes. Days later when we have decided to cancel, she says she sent it through cause she thought we were in a hurry. She has now charged us 90% of the bill. She has threatened and treated us very badly, even with the tone in which she speaks to us. She is ruthless, greedy and just an all round terrible person...don't ever use her services..I hope NEDBANK reads this and removes her from their service providers. My Mum is retired Educator and a client of Nedbank for over 20 years she has never been treated in such an ********* and belittling manner before. This women just ******s money from people who work hard for what they have. <br> We also agreed to pay her monthly but she said that she wanted atleast R500 a month cause if we had money to pay a bond we have funds to pay her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUTHLESS BUSINESS!
