Not responing to emails and empty promises made.

I Bought a Group-on voucher. I accidentally paid for the wrong option and bought the correct option.<br> <br> I am struggling to get a booking for the correct date. If I try to call I speak to Lambert and make excuse after excuse why they haven't called back.<br> <br> If I ask him to confirm a date he can't book it. I asked him to call me when his Manager comes back but that doesn't happen.<br> <br> I am fed up with this!!! Everyday that passes is a day I cant treat my girlfriend on our anniversary.<br> <br> I called Group-on-They tried to help with calling the Malibu Mansion but to no success=NO ONE IS ANSWERING.<br> <br> <br> <br>
