Malibu doesnt Pick up or Resond to Emails

I purchased a Groupon for a boat ride spa and accommodation for two at. Malibu Mansion. <br> I made a booking enquiry via email on the 15 of October 2015 _I got no Response.<br> I called , They hang up and send you a message saying you should Watsapp and text for speedy response.<br> I Texted them on the 19th Of October. STill No Reply. <br> My Groupon expires on the 26/11/2015 which is soon and i would like a REFUND. Malibu Mansions is Bad supplier, im beginning to think their just a ****.<br> I informed Groupon of this on Friday 23/10/2015 - I am Still Waiting for their feedback as well.
