Malibu Country Lodge BIGGEST ****!!

0 stars if it was possible!!! Booked half of their rooms out for my wedding from 7-9 July 2023 and received THE ****tiest service ever!!!

On Friday there was NO coffee sugar milk in rooms. Half of the rooms the aircons were not working, there weren't even blankets provided for the cold. Some of the rooms even smelled like raw sewerage😡

Saturday upon arriving at the lodge from my wedding, they gave away some of my guests rooms to new clients, rooms which I already paid for 2 months back 😤😡🤬

Owners doesn't want to refund me even for THEIR staff being *********** by giving my paid rooms out again!!! Sunday morning breakfast was supposed to be served at 10h00, which was not done as Lerato the manager slept until 9h30, and when the so called breakfast was served there wasn't even enough food for me and my guests which was also paid for in advance!! Only 6 people could eat out of 24🤬And now they took their website down because too many people were leaving honest reviews on their utterly non-existing service. Some of the guests were electrocuted when trying to open the shower handle. When asked to light the gas heaters in the dining room, we were informed there is no gas. There is no WIFI/DSTV (even though this is listed as a service on their website) ; spa is non-operational; no use to phone owner - he just swears at you! Lerato is the worst manager ever!!!, replying without fail on every issue raised: Now what do you want me to do about it? Well Lerato here I ask you how do one rate you no stars?? Utterly disgusted!
