I Survived Mali Mali BUT lost R13 680 to a Manipulator & *****

The arrogance Eric Prins! Do you sleep nicely at night *****ing peoples money? You owe me R13 680 for the 4 nights paid for after i ran for my life from you "5 Star dilapidated Lodge!"

I did my booking through Booking.com who have clearly stated that the Lodge disagree with what i went through and the Owner, Eric Prins will not refund me. What confuses me is how blatently a person, Owner of a Lodge can take money for services not rendered. Now I am no rocket scientest but i paid for 7 nights in full, had a disasterous 3 nights, left the lodge (ran for the hills) and now he simply refuses to pay me back for the 4 nights that i didnt stay there?? You ruined my December break Eric Prins.. you ruined what was meant to be the best and perhaps last holiday i spend with my parents, yet you continue to take?

If there is anything i get out of submitting reviews.. its to not let anyone.. ANYONE have to go through the tears i did.. my parents were miserable! I was miserable!

I am going to place my review everywhere I possibly can so that nobody… NOBODY has to go through the miserable time we did.

What you have there is a malaria pond + 3 water wells… broken down dilapidated structure that has had no love and care…. that’s what you have… that’s what you should put on your website. No game drives… No anything else… just unsteady foundations! And a sad sad environment! If it wasn’t for Chantelle and Sinjin… honey we wouldn’t have lasted 3 days!

Keep the money…. Its ok… but now I will spread the love so nobody else has to go through what I went through! MALI MALI - FALSE ADVERTISING // VERY DISAPPOINTED Stayed at Mali Mali from the 4th Jan - 7th Jan They state game viewing available, yet the only vehicle available is broken and needs repairs. There is nothing to do at Mali Mali other than sit by a dirty pool. Rooms: Mattress is a thin foam on a cement base VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Pictures on the website is clearly false/old.. ARC OLD! The paint has faded and looks old. So many Stairs, not suitable for old people or people with Back/knee problems NOT A LODGE, More like a B&B advertising false, none of below available directly from the lodge, have to drive far distances to get any of the below services. Rooms really of poor standard, broken table/dressers. Decking outside the room broken/lose, lose stones, i personally fell and injured myself, i have photos, and videos Limited packing space,not worthy of R2000 per night stay, I wouldnt even give Mali Mali a 1 Star. Breakfast portions are very small, cannot even offer a filter coffee ONLY a packet of coffee milk/sugar/coffee this coffee is full of preservatives. What about the people who do not take sugar or milk? Stayed 3 Nights ONLY.. instead of the 7 night stay! Malaria Area, yet they have a pond & 3x non-working water fountains full of stagnant water that is a malaria mosquito breeding ground! The Activities are as follows: (NOT AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM "LODGE" Bush Walk (Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve Game Drive (Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve Big 5 Game Drive (Blah blah) you do not Cater for any of the above that is on your Fairy tale. Mali Mali is a dump! and you Sir are a ***** and a manipulator

Booking.com has let me down... and Eric Prins you have let them down! Be honest, change your fabricated website.. and let people know what your Lodge truly looks like!
