What are Scheme rules for??

I Started with A New Employer on the 1st. My application was Sent to Malcor/Discovery the last week of July, only to get feedback on the afternoon of the 31 that we have not been accepted on the Scheme yet. I have never been without a Medical air. Having a few documents required for Underwriting as they don’t want to accept my eldest son that is currently a dependent on Discovery. Tuesday after close of Business Inwas advised that we are not accepted. What more must I do to proof that my son is fully dependent on me?????? So you change employment for slightly more money, your medical aid goes up and then to find out that is not where it stops I must put my son on his own medical aid R2605 later????
